Before I ever touched a server rack or wrote a line of code, I spent eight years in the Hotel & Restaurant Management industry, where the customer always came first. That experience instilled in me the value of hard work, clear communication, and—most importantly—being there when people need you.
When I made the move into IT, I brought that same mindset with me: a grit-fueled determination to learn, grow, and help. I worked my way up through perseverance and a real passion for solving problems.
People usually don’t call IT because things are going great—they call because something’s gone wrong. I’ve found real satisfaction in being the one who can help fix the issue and ease the frustration.
