1. Program Description
Customers who schedule services with Technology Made Simple may receive SMS messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations
- Technician arrival notifications
- Job status updates
- Service completion confirmations
- Invoices and payment confirmations

2. How Customers Opt In
Opt-In Method #1 – Website Scheduling Form
Customers may schedule services at:

During scheduling, customers:
- Enter their mobile phone number.
- Must check an unchecked consent checkbox before submitting the form.
The consent language displayed at the time of opt-in states:
“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Technology Made Simple regarding appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, job status updates, invoices, and payment confirmations. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. The checkbox is not pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent records are stored within our CRM system, including:
- Timestamp of submission
- IP address
- Phone number provided
- Consent status
Opt-In Method #2 – Customer-Initiated SMS
Customers may also initiate SMS communication by texting our publicly listed support number.
When a customer sends the first message, they receive an automated response containing required disclosures, including:
- Program identification
- Message frequency disclosure
- “Msg & data rates may apply” notice
- STOP opt-out instructions
- HELP instructions
- Link to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
Only after this disclosure is sent do further service-related communications occur.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
Customers may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
Upon receiving STOP, we immediately send a confirmation message and discontinue future SMS messages to that number unless the customer re-enrolls.
